1. Description of the service
AnySEO is a SaaS tool that connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to generate automated SEO reports using artificial intelligence. The service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using AnySEO, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Plans and billing
- Free plan: free of charge, no credit card required, subject to the limitations described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans (Pro, Agency): billed monthly or annually depending on the option chosen, processed through Stripe.
- Prices include VAT where applicable based on your country of residence.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AnySEO to:
- Infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law.
- Attempt to access the accounts or data of other users.
- Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without authorisation.
5. Intellectual property
AnySEO and all its content (code, design, brand) are the property of its owner. Reports generated from your data belong to you and you may use them freely.
6. Service availability
We strive to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, notifying users in advance whenever possible.
7. Limitation of liability
AnySEO reports are indicative and generated automatically by AI. They do not constitute professional SEO advice. AnySEO is not responsible for decisions made based on the generated reports.
8. Cancellation and suspension
You may cancel your account at any time from the settings panel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after the notice implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to any other jurisdiction that may apply to the consumer.
