Last updated: January 2026At AnySEO we respect your privacy. We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide the service and we never sell it to third parties.
1. Data controller
AnySEO is a service operated by its individual owner based in Spain. For any privacy-related query, please contact us at hola@anyseo.es.
2. Data we collect
When you use AnySEO we collect the following data:
- Name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google when you sign in with Google OAuth.
- Access tokens for Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, stored in encrypted form.
- URLs of the websites you add to your account.
- Content of the SEO and technical reports generated.
- Usage and navigation data within the application (Google Analytics 4).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to:
- Provide the service: authentication, report generation, history.
- Process payments through Stripe (we do not store card details).
- Improve the product through aggregated and anonymous usage analysis.
- Send you service-related communications (important changes, invoices).
4. Third-party providers
To deliver the service we share data with:
- Google LLC — OAuth authentication, Search Console, and Analytics 4.
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing. You can review their policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) — your website data is sent to whichever AI provider you have selected in order to generate reports.
All providers comply with the GDPR or have adequate transfer mechanisms in place.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account with AnySEO. If you delete your account, your data will be erased within a maximum of 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@anyseo.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU member state.
7. Cookies
AnySEO uses first-party session cookies (required for the service to function) and Google Analytics cookies to analyse website usage. You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings.
8. Security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256. All communications are carried out exclusively over HTTPS. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if the changes are significant. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
